It’s honestly sad to see how far this place has fallen since the new owner took over. A buddy of mine brought his Super Duty Ford in for some brake work — they literally left a caliper mounting bolt out. He drove off with it rattling, figured out what it was when he got home, and they never even tried to make it right. Fast forward to today — I dropped a tire off that had two plugs in the tread and was still leaking slightly. Asked them to repair it properly. We had a screw in the tire. I called and they said if they could plug it they would do it right away. They could and in I was off and driving in 20 minutes.
