Dave's Chimney Services came out to clean our wood stove. They were professional, pleasant in demeanor, and worked quickly to get the job done. They were able to answer our questions, give us good advice, and helped us feel confident that our stove, though 33 years old, will continue to serve us well for at least another year. We will call on their service again next year.
Dave's Chimney Service was such a wonderful experience. I am so glad that I hired them. I found out last minute part way through winter that the house I am staying in did not have the chimney cleaned last summer. Another company I called couldn't come out for over a month out. Couldn't seem to be able to get a hold of them. Called multiple times on multiple days and there was always a voicemail in the beginning, middle and end of the business day.We did play phone tag and they did return my calls for the most part but even if I had just missed their call and returned it within 43 seconds(yes I looked) it still went straight to a voicemail system..I called and left a final message but I assume they felt I was playing games or something and never called me back
Daves Chimney made time for a customer that had a dirty stove. It is her only source of heat, so they made time to get to her home and clean it right away. The stove was filthy, and it was apparent that the other "professional" service did not clean it properly. Dave's Chimney did a superior job at a lower price. I am very happy with them and I refer them to anyone. Get your chimney inspected! Don't risk everything hoping your home doesn't catch fire.
