This place is fantastic! They really stand behind their work/products. They installed new granite countertops, s. steel sink, and faucet around five years ago, and when I had a problem they fixed it quick and at no charge! Their products are top quality, and in this day and age, their service was amazing! I will gladly refer them to anyone who needs their products/service/installation. Thank You Dave's Cabinets
From start to finish they did an excellent job! I worked with Kim in sales and she guided me through every process. She also gave me her cell phone number in case I had any more questions after hours. I was able to tour their warehouse/workshop and saw all stages of the granite being worked on. Every step happened in the time schedule that was given to us and we were informed along the way. They came out this morning and installed the granite countertops in our rental property and I couldn't be more pleased!
My husband and I recently reached out to Paul at Dave's Cabinets to help us design our new bathroom space as well as explore cabinet options for a starter kitchen in an in-law suite. He was prompt to reply to my requests, listened to our wish list and provide us with creative solutions to our space issues that we'd never thought of before. I have already recommended Paul to several friends.
Wonderful customer service from day one. Great experience designing new kitchen with Paul at Dave's cabinets. He was professional, courteous and personable. I plan on using this company again for our next project.
Where do I start... From the arrogant salesman Paul to the owner not even taking the time to call us on a $5,000 dollar plus order that the salesman screwed up! The first day the salesman wanted to insult me about reading a tape measure while I was onsite with our project.. that should have been a clue! Wow! I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase of cabinets and granite counter tops from Dave’s Cabinets. I met Paul Cruciano and everything was perfect from that moment on. He came to my home to measure and discuss the possibilities for my small kitchen. I had an idea for extra cabinets and counter space, but had been told it was impossible. Walked into Dave's cabinet shop didn't know what to expect then I met Paul cruciano very professional and nice made me feel at ease everything went off without a hitch he designed our kitchen we loved it met with him several times every time very professional and easy to understand keep it up Paul you're the man will add pictures at a later date
granite counters installation. felt like I had to constantly chase them down and follow up to get things done. installers came and granite wasn't cut correctly. They came back and didn't even call and just left the granite in the driveway. Had someone else come out from the shop and granite still wasn't cut right. I had install 2x4s for extra support (which I told the guy that measured that there wasn't support behind the lazy susan) But the installer was a sub contractor and said he would charge extra to do it. Unresponsive! I had to call the designer numerous times and she still wouldn't listen to what we wanted. She wouldn't respond to us unless we called numerous times. Finally gave up on Dave's cabinets all together and went somewhere else. Don't bother wasting your time!
