Friendly Staff!!!
Bad customer service experience from the cook and waitress (same person) So we went with another couple to eat lunch and our friend ordered a burger and homemade chips but when the order came out the hamburger had fries instead of chips. He politely said that he ordered the chips and the lady rudely said no you didn’t and brought over the receipt and said it rung up as fries. He stated again I ordered chips but I guess I’ll eat fries. She firmly laid the plate with fries in front of him and walked away. This is not ok and sh... read more
