Had a flat tire about 45 minutes N. of Hancock. We were by a store, no cell service. Store called Dave's & a man & tow truck was out in about 40 minutes. Put the spare (donut tire) on we needed to follow him back to station to get tire patched. They took care of it right away, ck'd other tires & had us out in about 35 minutes. These guys are our family's go-to for vehicle service, and for good reason. They're always fair, honest and efficient. When we need repairs, our vehicles are in the shop promptly and back on the road just as fast.
Today I went to Dave’s Super Service for an oil change. Not only did they fail to provide clear information, but their attitude was extremely unprofessional. I will not be using their services again, and I would not recommend them to anyone. I’m paying for a service, so I expect basic courtesy not added frustration.
I heard that Dave's Super Service still has full-service pump attendants, and sure enough, there was one ready to help! He cheerfully filled my tank, and I was happy to leave a hefty tip for the great service. I'll definitely be back!
