CAN'T BEAT DAVES TRAILER – On the way to my vacation spot my old trailer broke beyond repair. I called around and got prices on new trailers that most seemed to be ok and the man towing my trailer recommended Dave's. I called and got a price lower than the others. So I had my trailer towed there, they had the one I needed in stock and without a second thought Dave was good to his word and he even stayed a little late after hours to make the boat switch to the new trailer! Bait and Switch – I spoke with the owner, Dave, twice on a Friday, he quoted me a price for a specific utility trailer. I showed up Saturday asked for Dave and was directed to a salesman. He tells the the price quoted was for a lesser trailer. The specific model quoted to me was $200 more! I was in a bind, time wise, and paid the higher price for the trailer I wanted.
