I got a cut in the first seat. My hair started about 5" i showed a picture. He was confident. He turned me around saying finished. We spent the next 30 minutes, I pointed out flaws in the fade, hard lines and shelves. Good tunes, steady hands, great service. There may be a line, but it's worth the wait (plus the chairs are quite comfy). It's my absolute favorite place to visit every 3-4 months for a little pampering.
