Where do I start.... This is the most incompetent business I have ever given money to. Here's my story: I took my car in because the AC/Heat was not functioning correctly. I got a call the same day saying it will be $600 and that would fix the problem. 4 hours later, I got another call saying that they broke a part on the car and wanted me to pay an additional $1500 to diagnose the part they broke. They also said an additional $2500 may be required to replace the part, even after they guaranteed the $600 would fix it. So... read more
