When I called the number on the website and a lady picked up the phone saying it was Wright's automotive service. When I asked to clarify if this was Dave's Automotive Service, she got an attitude. I then asked if they did oil changes if I supplied my own oil and they said they would do it only if they supplied it. Way to make a first and last impression. Needless to say I didn't schedule any service for my truck.
Rest In Peace, Dave Dunn. You were one in a million!
Dave Dunn was always friendly, hilarious, off the cuff, and from the hip. He made me feel like a best friend every time I went to his shop. As a mechanic, he was the best! Very precise service, and very fast! If my vehicles needed extensive work, Dave took the time to get it right. Me being a cash customer, Dave always worked me a good deal on repair costs. I am new to Atlanta and have been praying for a good mechanic! I was referred to Dave's by a friend and it was the best experience I have ever had (including in my home town).Dave is the nicest guy you will ever meet. He is honest and forthcoming! He got my car in and out in 1 day because he knew I had a trip coming up. He found a problem that 3 other mechanics could not find! Then he fixed it and I haven't had a problem since!
