Had an alignment done here. Not only were they able to get me in when I called, but Dave and his staff were friendly and professional. I drove away feeling safer in my vehicle, paid less than any other place that I called in the area, and the sweet little brown doggo was very good company while I waited!
I don’t have time or the desire to list all the negatives but here are the top two that made me tell them “never again”. 1. The wife is not to be trusted. She did a total of 3 shady things, including straight up lying in order to get the job from us on my truck. 2. They knew, by Dave’s own admission , that HE would not sticker my truck. My tires HARDLY AT ALL stick out from the wheel well. But this goes back to number 1. The wife lied to me stating if we did the brake job it would pass.
