Dave was EXTREMELY rude to me over the phone. I asked him how much the part he referred to was as he already stated a price and I just needed to write it down. I told him that I understood he could not give me an accurate quote over the phone, but I just needed to know how much his labor was, and more or less how much the part he he had already mentioned to me was.
