I experience excellent service this week. My car had a mechanical issue covered by warranty. Unfortunately, the closest dealer is in Rochester. I submitted a request for a tow on AAA & within minutes I received a call from Joe at Dave's to set up a day & time for a tow. Now that's quick service!
The customer service was great and the tow truck driver verified the information and updated me. I'm extremely happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone.
Got locked out of our car at the casino 6pm on a Friday. Joe arrived in 20 mins and had the car open 3 mins later. Amazing service! Don't bother calling anyone else and wasting your time. Dave's is all you need.
