My Suburban had its front brake stick, overheat, then start smoking on a trip across PA to drop off my son at Penn State. Both front brakes had just been replaced the day before. Luckily, my trouble happened at an exit close to Daves. I called and Dave told me to bring it right over. He quickly diagnosed and straightened a kinked brake hose that fixed a lingering problem. Very honest and a great mechanic.
They basically refuse to pick up the phone.

Damsel in distress...I was until Dave helped me for free! I had been in an accident in NYC and the rear quarter panel was flapping in the wind while I was driving back to Detroit. He hacksawed, at my request, about 2 inches of plastic so it could be removed and placed in my trunk. He was working on another car but took time immediately to help me to get me back on the road.
Went to see Dave for a second opinion on an estimate from another shop. He looked over my 11 year old Rav4, gave an honest estimate, and addressed everything I was concerned with. We swapped some stories while he worked, and I got to see him help three other people in the time I was there. Great guy, great shop, don't hesitate to take your business to Dave.
