I am a Master Diagnostics Tech. 35 yrs in the business. I helped write the Snapon Shop Key Program used by millions of shops. I took a job at Daves Auto and after about 6 hours i was ready to quit. Let me tell you why. This long time business was bought by a lawyer that lets his wife run it. They have 1 technician that is a B rated tech who throws wrenches around all day cussing the cars.
