I gave 1 star because you have to put down at least 1 star to rate. BEWARE BEWARE this shop had a good reputation in the past and has been in the community for over 20 years. But now you cannot trust this shop at all. I brought my 2008 Cadillac Escalade in for service. My heater hose had become disconnected and was leaking coolant. I told the lady(Kristen) what the issue was and she told me they have to do a full diagnostic on the car and a pressure test that was $100. Let me begin with Lisa. She’s absolutely wonderful! I love her honesty, sense of humor and great detail about my vehicle. She really cares, more than I could ever say about every mechanic I’ve dealt with in my life. They fix what you ask to get fixed. No “well this, well that”. She will suggest but not push the issue and I love that. The pricing is flat out fair compared to other shops. Honesty and integrity is the vibe of this place. Best of all?
