Had the misfortune of needing car repairs while visiting Big Bear, and Dave's came highly recommended to me. They were understanding of the situation and were able to get me back out on the road and enjoying my trip. They were honest about the repairs needed and had great communication regarding my car.

Had to repair the same issue multiple times lol. On top of that they had left trash in my suv as well as let some sort of bird/chicken (not sure) into my SUV and crapped everywhere on my seats, floor and center console. Disgusting!!!! Very unprofessional to say the least. Also overheard them talk bad about Mexicans, maybe because I am white they thought it was ok, but it’s not.

Ordered my tires from here when they installed them they noticed I was missing a couple lug nuts, they replaced them for free, another time I blew a radiator hose down the road they gave me a hose clamp for two bucks, another time my tire was low swung in and they pumped it up, this place has great service and would highly recommend.
