I called Dave's three weeks ago to repair my Viking oven. They came out promptly and supposedly diagnosed the problem and said that I needed a part that I might have to wait a few days for. They said that they'd call back the next day with details. Not only did they not call back the next day, they haven't returned any of our 9 phone calls over the last 3 weeks.
