DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. The tech showed up walked in and did next to nothing. Didn't know how to pull the error codes off the appliance. Then I offered the codes but he didn't know what they meant. I was just told to run the fridge 40+ F. From a food safety that is just not safe. He also didn't have the hardware to connect to fridge to communicate with it. He charged $90 bucks for doing nothing. Needless to say I was not happy. I will never use this company again. I have read some nasty reviews from people on here about Dave's Appliance Repair... Some people just live to complain about a situation they have created themselves!!🤬 I will be calling Dave for any if my Appliance needs because he knows what he is doing for one and two he is quick and he explains everything up front about the repair and the cost!! Came to our non-profit animal rescue and first words out of his mouth to our volunteers was "Who is paying my bill?!" Was very rude to our staff. He never fixed our dryer, said we needed a new lint trap and 3 days later our dryer doesnt turn on or work at all.
Rude service and blamed the household rather than fix the dishwasher. We followed to a tee what was suggested and still broken. came back a second time with the same blame
The guy honestly straight up ripped us off you would be better off going literally anywhere else
