Save yourself money by contacting a reputable repair service. I had 3 items to be repaired. A washer, disposal and handle to my dishwasher. They couldn't fix the washer. Charged me $315. Promised to refund $200 back. Told Dave to just put a check in the mail, cost (47 cents). After countless calls to Dave (3-weeks worth), he said he dropped 2-$100 bills under my outside mat. 150.00 to replace heating element on whirlpool dryer. He arrived 7 hours after initial call, 7pm. Dont know if that is considered a fair price or expensive, but it certainly was expensive for me. :( said they guarantee their work. Gave a generic receipt, no break down at all.

I called very last minute to have a stove I purchased installed, Dave was extremely helpful in contacting someone to come out to do this job as soon as possible. Thank you so much Dave. And Thank you Ruben for coming out and doing the job so quickly. You both Rock!!!!!! I will be referring everyone I know that needs repairs or installation to both of you!

A+ Cool guy, does his own work (Dave). $25 for a service call, a lot of guys are between $50-$80. Fortunately I had a quick fix, he didn't even charge me extra (even tho he was entitled to). He did tell me that he tries not to give people a set time of arrival "I'll let you know when I'm on my way though". Which makes sense in a repair industry. Lucky us he said he would be here in ten minutes (and he was). Gets the customer involved. I new exactly what he was doing. He only fixed the issue that mattered, and told me what to... read more
