I called Dave about a possible broken ice maker in my fridge. Dave was over in just a few minutes, he told me which I kind of already knew, my ice maker wasn’t working. The only catch was Dave didn’t do any troubleshooting? Which I did more extensive than I already had, I found out the water inlet line was frozen next to the back of the fridge. I had an issue with my fridge and called this repairman. He responded quickly, came out without delay, and gave me an honest answer about what was wrong. He explained the problem clearly, gave me repair options, and didn’t try to upsell or push unnecessary fixes. I appreciated how straightforward and professional he was. Fast response, honest service, and reliable work. I definitely recommend if you need someone you can trust.

Dave is great! My fridge started leaking and I couldn't get it to stop. Dave took the time after hours to talk me through how to turn off the water, and when I couldn't get it to work, he came over and fixed it. Great guy, very fun to work with, and left me with a lot of advice on how to keep my old fridge running well. Thank you, Dave!
