I called Dave about a possible broken ice maker in my fridge. Dave was over in just a few minutes, he told me which I kind of already knew, my ice maker wasn’t working. The only catch was Dave didn’t do any troubleshooting? Which I did more extensive than I already had, I found out the water inlet line was frozen next to the back of the fridge. Very professional and will answer any questions you have. Even being as busy as they are they still take the time to make sure everything is done right!
