They’ve been able to fit us in last minute twice now and it’s been a great experience both times. Everyone is so wonderful, welcoming, and it felt like we received top-tier service for our cat. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Dr Z is amazing but his staff isn't I had to put my dog down on August 26th I had her cremated they didn't explain to me that I would get her back in a plain wooden box she deserves better than that no paw prints no name just a certificate they should explain more to people when they're hysterical
