We worked with Farhan Mahmood for our mortgage, and we had an amazing experience! He was very professional, easy to communicate with, and did whatever it took to make sure everything rolled smoothly after we had issues with our lawyer's office. It was my partner and I's first time buying a home and to have him as a mortgage broker was perfect to make sure everything was finished on time and that we got the best rate possible. We were very much disrespected by Agent Victoria Rad from this brokerage. She held an open house, and our agent called ahead to ensure it would be going ahead, as we were coming from out-of-town. Ms. Rad confirmed that she would be expecting us one day prior… Only for us to show up from out-of-town to no open house, and the house being sold already. Completely unprofessional, and a waste of our time on a weekend.

FARHAN MAHMOOD is not good at being a realtor. I would highly suggest you don’t do any kind of business with him as he is super unprofessional such as when he showed up to show us a house he was wearing pyjamas and sandals aswell as he sat in his car the entire time I was looking. 110% would not recommend doing any sort of business with him.
