FARHAN MAHMOOD is not good at being a realtor. I would highly suggest you don’t do any kind of business with him as he is super unprofessional such as when he showed up to show us a house he was wearing pyjamas and sandals aswell as he sat in his car the entire time I was looking. 110% would not recommend doing any sort of business with him.

Would not recommend working with this brokerage for buying or selling. Recently attempted to purchase a house with one of their agents, Candace, representing the seller. We bid on 6 houses before purchasing what we have now and no other sellers agent was as unethical and horrific to work with as this one. Truly just a cruel experience where agent wasted our time creating a false bidding war. If you can, avoid attempting to purchase a house from this brokerage.
We recently had the pleasure of having Benjamin Farcas of Davenport Realty handle our real estate transactions as we went through the harrowing process of finding the right and perfect home, as well as, selling the home we'd grown out of.
