We were very much disrespected by Agent Victoria Rad from this brokerage. She held an open house, and our agent called ahead to ensure it would be going ahead, as we were coming from out-of-town. Ms. Rad confirmed that she would be expecting us one day prior… Only for us to show up from out-of-town to no open house, and the house being sold already. Completely unprofessional, and a waste of our time on a weekend.

FARHAN MAHMOOD is not good at being a realtor. I would highly suggest you don’t do any kind of business with him as he is super unprofessional such as when he showed up to show us a house he was wearing pyjamas and sandals aswell as he sat in his car the entire time I was looking. 110% would not recommend doing any sort of business with him.

Would not recommend working with this brokerage for buying or selling. Recently attempted to purchase a house with one of their agents, Candace, representing the seller. We bid on 6 houses before purchasing what we have now and no other sellers agent was as unethical and horrific to work with as this one. Truly just a cruel experience where agent wasted our time creating a false bidding war. If you can, avoid attempting to purchase a house from this brokerage.
