Edit: Upon receiving a call from the owner we have come to an understanding. Katie was apologetic and compensated us accordingly. Also of note to anyone: in the past I haven't had issues with my prescription. In fact, it's so easy to call them up and within 45 seconds it's over and done with. It feels like they really remember you and know you as well as your needs! Thank you Katie and co!
