So far, with the exception of the after hours answering service, radiation oncology and Dr. Jiang have been fantastic. All of our appointments are intentional and not a waste of time. It is also extremely easy to reach Dr. Jiang’s nurse by phone (Tracy). I’m a research scientist at the Broad institute of MIT & Harvard, so I have very high standards for healthcare. Dr Jiang and Tracy have been fantastic. If I could break this review into two separate reviews for medical and radiation oncology, radiation oncology would get fiv... read more

This review is for the after hours answering service for Radiation Oncology. So far, Dr Jiang seems great. Tonight my stepdad‘s stage four cancer related pain started to get really bad. He can’t have narcotics due to issues with addiction. I feel so bad for him and I don’t know what to do. I had breast cancer five years ago and my follow up appointments have been with Dr. Wyluda and his staff. He has a great bedside manner, compassionate but also thorough. He also treats me like a person and recognizes that my quality of life is important. When he’s not available, I’ve had a nurse practitioner (forgot her name…Hannah something?) who has the same qualities. I would highly recommend them.

Scheduling has been a monstrous problem. I am coming from quite far away with a patient and there is always ALWAYS some problem that arises. Drove my patient up this week to meet the new Dr. he was suppose to see and the Dr. wasn't there. Ok, fine. On to get the pro-crit only to be told the patient didn't need it. COME ON, I have to come from Plymouth. A long round trip was wasted!
