My husband made the appointment for me, but it was my first time bringing the car in for service. The staff were friendly and were able to give me an estimate of the cost before the services were performed (thats better than most Dr. Offices!). They have a comfortable waiting room, and I probably waited 45min to 1 hour. They also washed and vacuumed my car, a very nice touch. Overall I was expecting an upsell at the end. But it never came! They have given our Lexus the best care in inspections and oil changes etc. Last Tuesday July 23rd I had a dead battery. They really took care of it so quickly. I think they have the BEST care and I wouldn't take my car to any other place! You can't put a $$ on Trust. Knowing that this company wants to do its very best for me is priceless! Took my 2018 Corolla in for regular maintenance inspection.
