I had my car in for an oil change, brakes, and topped off fluids. The employees at Davenport Motor company were friendly, very knowledgeable about my Lexus. They provided car shuttle to and from my home. Also could have had a loaner car if necessary. I highly recommend this business. Also, Sophie, the mascot dog should receive royalties for participating in the commercial.
The overall experience was great. Jeremy was extremely helpful and explained everything throughly. The online updates were great and provided detailed information on everything that needed to be done. Having a valet service really puts a cherry on the process and Kareny was a delight as a driver. Thanks to Greg as well. He was professional and made sure everything was to my expectations.
