We recently used Davenport Valley and Insulation for our new build, and overall had a good experience. My gutters that were installed by Davenport in 2020 fell in July. The estimator came out quickly, but it was a month until the scheduler finally called to set up my repair. When the repair man came he discovered what the estimator missed. My faulty gutters caused the fascia boards to rot and part of the roof plywood too. So now I have a big expensive repair to do, Davenport won't cover any of it, and worst of all is the wasted month I waited around thinking my problem was handled. Never again with these people.

I have never had this much difficulty trying to spend money. I ordered garage doors in September and was told they’d be in in 2 weeks. I then contacted them several times after allowing a month to go by and my messages went unanswered. After repeatedly trying to find out what was going on, was told they were never ordered. Then once they apparently were ordered, I still had no communication on them and contacted them again asking where they were since it had now been 3 months waiting on doors. We scheduled an appointment to have our garage door serviced for between12:00 noon and 4:00 pm on a Tuesday. They indicated they would call and let me know what time they would be here. I never received a call and they never showed up! I also left a message with their service manage at 3:00 pm and never received a call back. I should have looked at their reviews first, this is pretty typical of their service. I would not recommend Davenport for anything!!
