Horrible! We used them on our new build and our mother in law suite. I would urge people to use anyone but them! I had to call the fire department because the fireplace fan burst into flames, luckily I was home when it happened. Second, in the in law suite they installed the fire place incorrectly and we weren’t able to use it until it was resolved. Lastly, they did not insulate the blower pipe into our downstairs. I used Davenport for my new construction house. They did all of my insulation and did a fantastic job. My contact was Dustin who was great with responding and getting out to get my jobs done. They were very efficient . I would definitely recommend this company:)
Similar to others, we had a poor experience with Davenport. They quoted the job and saw the height of our crawlspace, but once they got onsite to do the job they said the crawlspace was too small. They also forgot to insulate several interior walls that we included in the quote.
Davenport insulation will do a terrible job, not finish and charge you full price. You can send pictures and proof they did not finish the job and they'll still send your final bill to a collection agency. I have sent them tens of thousands of dollars in work over the years and they still have not finished a job I paid for in full over a year ago.
