The customer service is terrible. The home store was closed both days we were at the hotel. After getting home I emailed about getting the mattress since that’s what their site says to do. I had to request a quote for just the mattress 3 times before finally getting the quote. They had a sale advertised on their site with no conditions or exemptions stated, not even an asterisk. The website states "recreate your experience".... well, don't expect that same experience of what you slept on, in what you purchase. The pillow I purchased was 1/3 the fill of the pillows I slept on in the hotel. Awful, pancake flat, uncomfortable and extremely over-priced at $80! They should be ashamed!
