I have had Davenport Environmental service for almost 5 years and their whole Team have been exceptional in their professionalism and responsiveness. Brain Goparian has developed an Outstanding Team that has always responded to my request and also my neighbors who has their service within a two day period and generally sooner, depending on weather. Jaydon, assistant manager, came to rework on my yard after my complaints about previous services results. He did a very good job and I appreciate his effort in satisfying customer.
Customer Service is a lost art today and I guess some companies believe that customers need them rather than the opposite. I had an assistant manager not a manager or the owner tell me today that he was cancelling my service because I the customer was unhappy with their service. Sir Brian Wilkins is the best person that I have meet in my life. He took lot of time to clean and cover every inch inside and outside. Also explained me several things about how to keep it clean and avoid pest infestation…. He is very caring and shared his experiences. He also declined to take tips. I haven’t met anyone who is so polite and caring for client’s home…. I would definitely recommend pest service from this person.
