Jaydon, assistant manager, came to rework on my yard after my complaints about previous services results. He did a very good job and I appreciate his effort in satisfying customer.
Customer Service is a lost art today and I guess some companies believe that customers need them rather than the opposite. I had an assistant manager not a manager or the owner tell me today that he was cancelling my service because I the customer was unhappy with their service. His solution was not to escalate to a manager or God forbid resolve the problem…..No it was to tell me he is cancelling my service…..I was shocked because I had the service for 5 years and yes I have had a complaint or two and yes I was unhappy but t... read more
