You know, it's ridiculous to be told to come early to your procedure. You come early and still are waiting to even go back for 2hours! Who knows how long we'll wait now before the procedure. And obviously all of the other negative reviews about this make no difference or it would have changed by now. Hope we never have to come back to this place. Advent has gotten so financially greedy, buying up everything, taking over, giving crappy care, it is so evident it is all about money and nothing about patient care. So disgusting.
The worst, most horrible experience of my life. Everyone had a surly attitude, they were rude. They ignored me for hours, they ignored my emergency button calls. The hot food was cold, the cold food was hot. The food was so gross I chose to starve while I was there. The rooms were intensely hot or freezing cold. If you don't have to come here, don't. Next time I'm going to curl up in my bed and die before I return to this hellhole!

I saw all the reviews so I decided to set a stopwatch the moment after I signed in this morning at 10:13. The lady who greeted me was very kind! I was hoping to prove those long wait times wrong, but unfortunately, they are the truth. They overbook for their procedures and have the nurses running around trying to mitigate the mess-- all while still trying to complete a proper triage on each patient. Stay away from this place unless you can afford to go to the ER afterwards. They severely overbook themselves and were running 2.5 hours late, they rushed my procedure and when I was having sever pain they rushed me out the door with out telling my Dr. I ended up at the ER because of them not telling the Dr. This left me with a $1,000 bill from the ER.
