I want to begin by recognizing the exceptional professionalism and kindness of your staff. Everyone we encountered was amazing—professional, courteous, and genuinely caring. Their compassion and understanding made a real difference during our visit. However, I do want to express concern regarding the facility and scheduling arrangements. You know, it's ridiculous to be told to come early to your procedure. You come early and still are waiting to even go back for 2hours! Who knows how long we'll wait now before the procedure. And obviously all of the other negative reviews about this make no difference or it would have changed by now. Hope we never have to come back to this place. Advent has gotten so financially greedy, buying up everything, taking over, giving crappy care, it is so evident it is all about money and nothing about patient care. So disgusting.
The worst, most horrible experience of my life. Everyone had a surly attitude, they were rude. They ignored me for hours, they ignored my emergency button calls. The hot food was cold, the cold food was hot. The food was so gross I chose to starve while I was there. The rooms were intensely hot or freezing cold. If you don't have to come here, don't. Next time I'm going to curl up in my bed and die before I return to this hellhole!
