My dad gos every weekend to get fresh begals and the last few weeks the begals have been hard then this morning he got begals and the girl tells him sorry the begals are still a little frozen so what happened to getting fresh begals we have been going here for years im not shore if I'll go back now

such a local gem, love this place!
Had heard that it had gotten bad but wondered how bad it could be… it took more than 30 minutes to get two sandwiches despite there being hardly anyone there. The order was wrong despite correcting the cashier multiple times. One person had their order refunded and another just walked out the wait was so long. I had to ask for coffee to be brewed 3 times and it still took 20 minutes to get a cup. To make it worse the staff acted like all the patrons were crazy or rude for asking.
I read in Metropolitan Magazine that this place had the best bagels in Seaford, and since I’m working at the hospital nearby, I had to give them a try. I had read some reviews mentioning slow service, so I decided to put that to the test. From the time I placed my order until I had my everything bagel with cream cheese in hand was exactly 3 minutes and 22 seconds. While I waited, the cashier was finishing up a phone order.
