Not long ago I bought a house this contractor worked on...what can I say? While most of it did not come up as a problem (yet!!), the "caulking" that was done inside to prevent leaking turned out to be a real nightmare! Now we have to hire a contractor to redo the entire bathroom and fix the leaks it caused downstairs because that "caulking" lasted for about a month before turning into a major problem! think twice before hiring...
