I had spent a month working with another lender only for them to back out of the deal to the day before closing. Dave was able to convince the seller he would be able to get me a loan quickly and he did exactly that!! The customer service from him was absolutely stellar and there is absolutely nothing more he could have done to improve the experience because it was PERFECT. I would personally recommend him to friends and family.
