We had utmost confidence working with Daryl when purchasing our new RDX. And Daryl was fine with us checking other makes and models. Daryl knows the value of Acura, and communicates it well. We have also always had good experiences and confidence in Dave White's service of our last RDX.
I unfortunately ended up having to sell my 2022 Acura TLX Type S to another dealership because of the terrible experience that I had with Dave White Acura. This was my 3rd Acura that I have owned ( also owned a 2009 Acura TSX and 2018 Acura TLX Aspec ). All 3 were serviced at this dealership. Grest service and my service time was honored by staff.
I have purchased several vehicles At Dave White Acura. Here lately the customer service is horrible Service manager is horrible doesn’t have any personality. That’s why I would never buy another vehicle through Dave White until they get new people then maybe I will shop with Dave work again.
