I have been with Dave Walkenhorst for several years. During this time I have had to call them annually to look for a better rate after looking online and finding better pricing. This year I called to have them once again re-rate my insurance after finding a cheaper rate online saving approximately $800 a year. These people are wonderful. I have had my insurance for my cars and home with them for over 20 years. Wouldn't want to deal with anyone else. The employees go above amd beyond for their clients.
Competitive prices many years ago. Quite why they are an agent, I do not know. Doesn't really offer any value in that respect whatsoever. Renewals come direct from insurance company, no heads up on increases. Just assumed you will renew. Need to make a claim? Call office to be told to just fill out form on insurer's site. Great at first and very helpful. I was approaching renewal and wanted to see what my other options were… never received a call back for the quotes even after 7 days. Called my previous insurance agency who was always on top of things and had a call back within the hour and got insurance 100$ less than what mine was. That being said I called to cancel my current insurance and was told I will be receiving a email I need to sigh to cancel.
