I paid for 10 year warranty and within 90 days we used the heater...almost 400 dollars to heat a 750 sqaure foot house...l called for repair and was told he did not honor warranties so l hired an electrician and it turned out he wired it ALL WRONG USING 9 wires to hook up a 3 wire thermostat....do yourself a favor and find a professional...this guy is a crook.
