Dave was very willing to meet in less than a 24 hour request to show us multiple homes. The one we decided to make an offer on, we met twice in two days to be sure. Dave made sure he included clauses in the contract that safety guarded us from potential extra expenses in the long run. We were able to get the contract among six other offers the same night.
