Called in January to get a quote on a small job. The sales person told me the would call back by the end of the day. Heard nothing back, got busy with the other parts of my project, and called back in mid April. Again was told I would get a quote by the end of day. IO did not. Called at the end of day and was told that it wasn't ready yet, and they would call "first thing in the morning." No call was received, so I called again, left another message, an hour passed and still nothing, so I called at 11am and sales guy told me... read more

I live in Marshall and I promise you I’ll happily drive to Jackson steel in Hendersonville before I try to buy anything here again. Update: could’ve drove to Hendersonville and gotten it quicker and almost $20 cheaper

I called in an order during the morning and it was ready that same afternoon. The work was done correctly and at a very fair price. The service was friendly. I would use this company again in a heartbeat.
