Samantha was super helpful. I am dealing with a fairly intense insurance quoting situation and they were extremely knowledgeable regarding all my questions and even took time to joke around and keep me at ease. I can’t tell you what the end result will be, but this step was as close to enjoyable as quoting insurance could probably be.
Absolutely displeased with this company. If i could rate this place a negative star(I WOULD). I have had issues since I started a plan with them since May and I had went into the app to make a payment early using a different payment method and then they took 2 payments from me. I called and spoke with Sam who told me what it feels like what I want to hear. So now I can’t get MY refund because it was NOT their fault. So they over drafted my account by doing so.
