Dan has been called when clients have an issue or need Title V. He’s prompt and reasonable.
Dave came and did a thorough inspection on our system in order for us to get a town building permit - successfully! This was no small job and we were very impressed. It was easy to get an appointment and he is prompt and courteous. Magda at the office is very knowledgeable as well and is willing to help work around your schedule. We called Dave again because we thought we needed a Title 5 to refinance our house and scheduled him to come out. When Dave came he asked are we sure we needed this since it was not for a sale?
