Quality of service depends on what tech shows up. Last fall a great older gentleman came to treat some ants in my rental unit. The first treatment didn't work, so he returned and found one that did. This spring a different, young tech (Jose) came. When I requested he use the treatment that was successful last time, he refused, insisted on using the treatment that didn't work and then gave me an unsolicited tutorial on ants. So again, it all depends on the tech. Be sure to request the older professional.
