Took my car to their body shop to have a dent in my door fixed. Got a call 2 weeks later that my car was backed into in their parking lot. I understand that things happen, but they refused to take responsibility and made me claim it on my insurance, which in turn raised my insurance rates by 200$ a month!!! Not to mention after picking my car up, my drivers window wouldn’t close, my passenger window trim was mangled, and my windshield trim piece flew off going down the road.
