The sales rep Gloria was very nice at first, but she switched up quick. They offered below kbb price on my trade, telling me thats the absolute max they would do. But then they offered more when I sent her a competing offer... When she told me the new price, she would not send me the breakdown until I gave a deposit. Her attitude also went from "friendly sales" to "buy it or go away" real quick. I'd be driving from Arizona and back to get the vehicle, and the shady pricing and strong arm tactics are sketchy. 0/10 recommend.
Absolutely amazing experience buying our truck here! Alyssa was our sales person and she went above and beyond!! Couldn’t recommend Dave Smith enough!!!
Great service from Martin White. 10/10. Love the new vehicle. Would purchase from here again.
Don’t waste your time with all the hype. 90% of the contact and responses you will receive are auto/AI generated. It is impossible to just get some one to answer the simple question “Is the Vehicle available for purchase and what is the “too low to publish “ price. They are not transparent and I have purchased 3 new high end GMC trucks this year and reached out to DS all three times and got no where. You’ll get equal pricing and pro better sales service at your local dealer!
Chandler Day. Thank you for all the help and absolutely AWESOME service and guidance in the purchase of our new GMC Sierra!!
