So I've bought 9 vehicles from Dave Smith motors in Kellogg. I can highly recommend James Apperson, salesman, and Duke Alleman, finance officer, to get a smooth abd stressless buying experience. James is very relaxed and easy going. Duke Alleman, will walk you through the paperwork and financing if you need it. Duke is patient and explains all of your options as you go through the process. Ask for these 2 when you go into the dealership.
Called this dealership and was referred to them by a sister dealership. Wanted to transfer a car and close the deal closer to go home. Started the process and then they ignored me. I didn’t haggle the price, I didn’t ask for anything special. I just wanted to make a purchase. I will never recommend this dealership. I would have respected a candid response like “hey sir, this isn’t worth our time” at least I could move on and close on a different deal. Poor customer service.
