My Figidaire stopped working. Had no cooling in freezer or fridge. The service tech made one quick check and new immediately what was the problem. He replaced the timer that controls the defrost cycle and that fixed it. He was in and out of my home in five minutes. He also arrived when he was scheduled, which was appreciated.
