The sealing strip was peeling away from the gasket on both refrigerator doors. Dave Smith appliance service (Toledo Ohio) was contacted for repairs. Dave Smith was easy to work with would recommend. My refrigerator was under warranty.
Alan was my service person and he did the job quickly and got my washer working. My appointment was actually for next week but they got to it sooner than expected. Thank you! My machine is under warranty so I did not pay.
This is the second time that I have needed their help with an appliance issue. They were able to make an appointment within a reasonable time, and I appreciate the professionalism that Peter had in contacting the home warranty company to let them know his diagnosis of my issue with my microwave. Peter was also very knowledgeable and efficient helping me understand more also about differences in brands.
