I choose this company because it has good reviews, cant trust that. It took a week for a technician to even come to service my washer. The time range was 1 pm to 5 pm. ALL THAT WAITING just for some lil boy tech to tell me it was 800 dollars to fix it. If I HAD A INVOICE stating why a 400 dollar machine needs 800 dollars worth of work Id share it. The first visit concerned the ice maker; this visit concerned the freezer defrost system.
