I tried to make an appointment to get an estimate for hail damage, and was rudely told I need to book it through my insurance. I had my insurance send an assignment and when I called to set up the appointment I was told I have to take off work to be there with the car. I will be taking my business to a place that values my time.
I made an appointment for an estimate. They came out and looked, took a couple pictures. They said they would reach out and never heard anything from them again.
I was recently in a car accident and my process through Dave Sinclair Ford Collision Center was such an easy process! Everything was taken care of in such an easy way that all I had to do was drop off and pick up. My Explorer was there for a total of 15 days and the work they did was absolutely incredible!!
