Had to telephone the agency to request a reissuance of a stale dated check for our client. The man who answered the phone was rude, chewed on something throughout the conversation, had strange noises in the background, and was extremely limited in his conversation skills. I was glad they are not my insurance agent. Not sure how they keep clients with service like that.

63 years of great service. The saddest part of selling our house was the cancellation of our state farm insurance policy and the affiliation with our agent Dave Schiller. We will miss h is services immensely.
