Dave came to service our old furnace on a house we recently purchased. He was timely and professional and did the work efficiciently - four stars for ability. However, after a month or so, I noticed the gasket around the oil filter was leaking. I called Dave to let him know and he seemed very disinterested in the issue, though I reminded him that he was the one who worked on it, and it hadn't been leaking before.
