Called this morning for AC unit repair and Cameron was able to fix it by noon. Thankfully he was able to come sooner than expected! Very happy with the service he provided. Highly recommend!
So I did change my rating from a 1 star to 4... I did call on Easter and they DID answer and they DID REMIND me of that at every turn.. as if this was a some kind of a favor... You decided to answer calls on Easter so you treat it like any other day of the week. You did not do me any favors, period. Tried calling and I was greeted with hello only.. Did not even introduce herself... Very unprofessional.
I called at 6:30pm Thursday and they were able to fit me in on Friday. The tech arrived at 9:30am and had my ac up and running within 30 minutes. We are so happy with their courtesy and promptness. Their communication was great and they were reasonably priced. We will definitely use them again and I recommend to everyone! Thanks for the great service and experience. Dewey
