With a friendly smile, technician Tom brushed the supply lines, dislodging years of accumulated particles. He showed me the dirty brushes afterward, proof of the deep clean. Allergens decreased, and sleep improved dramatically. No more sneezing fits in the morning. His professional manner made the day stress-free and rewarding.

Last week, Brandon, the technician, cleaned our furnace and blowers. He discovered that the system was overheating due to dust packed inside the motor area. The sounds absolutely disappeared after cleaning. In order to stop further mold growth, he also recommended installing a UV light close to the coil. I had no idea that such things even existed. Every room now feels lighter, and the system functions more smoothly.

Isaac was very thorough during his visit. He started with a full inspection and showed me photos of how dirty the ducts were. Air duct cleaning took several hours because of how much debris had collected. Furnace cleaning revealed a layer of ash, and blower cleaning freed up the motor blades so they spun easily again. Coil cleaning was long overdue, and dryer vent cleaning prevented what could have been a fire hazard. He also treated a small spot of mold near the basement vent that was causing a stale odor.

The crew showed up on time, explained each step, and didn’t leave until every duct and coil was spotless. They even found a bird’s nest near one of the return vents! They handled mold treatment and sanitization, and my HVAC system is running like it’s brand new. I didn’t expect such a dramatic difference in air quality.
